Grantham Construction was one of the first
contractors in Oxford to build condominium complexes. The
first condominium project was Hillside condos, in partnership
with the late Joe Hudspeth, a local realtor and developer.
Since that time Grantham Construction has done numerous projects
such as:

Ash Lawn condos on Anderson Road

The Cove Apartments on Anderson Road

The Acadia Court (formerly Phoenix Apartments),
an apartment complex remodeled and converted to condominiums

The Colonial Condominiums (formerly Colonial
Apartments), an apartment complex remodeled and converted
into condominiums located just off campus.
