started adding commercial projects to its portfolio. Some notable projects that Grantham Construction has been involved in include:
The renovation
to the Lafayette County Courthouse in 1979 which included restoration of the Courtroom.
The Tourist Information center, a landmark on the Oxford square, which was an old building that was moved from the Kate Skipwith property and placed in its current location.
The renovation to Square Books on the Oxford Square, which includes its present balcony.
Addition to The USDA Soil Sedimentation Laboratory, a $1 Million project completed in 1987
The University of Mississippi Campus including renovations to Powers Hall, the Kate Skipwith Teaching Museum, Renovations to The Alumni Center Hotel, and Several Fraternities and Sororities
The Oxford-Lafayette Business and Industrial Complex, a Vo-Tech center for the Oxford and Lafayette County School System
The Oxford Enterprise Center completed in 2001, an Economic Development tool for recruiting new businesses to the area.
